I provide support to adults (18 years+) with common mental health and wellbeing difficulties.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a practical, evidence-based therapy that helps people understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are connected. Sometimes patterns of thinking can keep us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or anxious. CBT works by helping you recognise these patterns and develop new ways of responding to difficult situations. It focuses on practical strategies and skills that can help you manage challenges more effectively, both during therapy and in everyday life.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapy designed to help people process and recover from distressing or traumatic experiences. Sometimes difficult memories can remain unprocessed, continuing to trigger emotional or physical reactions long after the event has passed. EMDR helps the brain process these memories in a safe and structured way, reducing their emotional intensity and allowing you to move forward with greater ease.
